Penerapan Metode Example Non Example Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Matematika

This study aims to determine the application of the example non example method in learning mathematics, and to find out the obstacles and solutions in the application of the example non example method. This study uses a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are the application of the example non example method in class II SDN 4 Limboto carried out with the following steps: 1) educators prepare pictures related to the material, 2) provide explanations related to the material, 3) show pictures to students, 4) introduce build the space using the image and compare it with the flat image, the last 5) evaluate. The obstacle in implementing the example non example method at SDN 4 Limboto is that it takes a lot of time and not all meateries can use images. To overcome these obstacles, teachers make efforts by increasing learning time or taking advantage of empty learning time, as well as varying learning methods.
