Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SD Islam Terpadu Az-Zahra Kota Gorontalo

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SDIT AzZahra is implemented. Aspects of the readiness of educators and aspects of students in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, with aspects of the readiness of teaching staff namely: competence, innovation, creativity, and work ethic. Then the aspects of students are: student participation, effective learning, and lagging behind students. This study uses qualitative research using a field study approach. The data were obtained from the observations of students and the results of interviews with a number of informants, namely the principal, vice principal of curriculum, and teachers at SDIT AzZahra who implemented the independent learning curriculum. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum has been going well even though the curriculum is still new, but the school and teaching staff are always trying to implement the independent learning curriculum. The key to the success of the curriculum is that teachers and students increase the mindset of wanting to make new breakthroughs so that the results achieved can be maximized. Since implementing the independent learning curriculum in the last two years at SDIT Az-Zahra teachers have always strived to achieve educational goals effectively, make strategies and are supported by the application of competencies to teachers. As well as observations of students that researchers do on aspects of students through student participation, and effective learning is maximized with no students left behind. This is the effort of the teachers at SDIT Az-Zahra who always strive for the success of the students and also the goal of achieving learning in the Implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum at SDIT Az-Zahra City of Gorontalo.
