This research Multidisciplinary Implementation in Overcoming the Dichotomy of PAI Material at the Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School aims to analyze how humans who become caliphs on earth always improve themselves through the education and learning process. In this researcher, the type of research used is qualitative research where all the data comes from the library. Therefore, this research will be carried out using the necessary data collection method by searching for information and written materials. Data collection techniques in this research focus on searching and reviewing documents or written data sources, both primary and secondary data. This researcher formulated two problem formulations, namely: (1) How Islamic Education is Thought in Indonesia. (2) What is the concept of multidisciplinary education. The results of this research show that (1) Islamic educational thought is a series of work processes of the mind and heart that are carried out seriously in looking at various problems that exist in Islamic education and trying to build an educational paradigm that is able to become a vehicle for coaching and developing students. completely. (2) The concept of education in Indonesia is very fundamental and holistic. This can be seen in the formulation in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 3 which confirms that National Education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation, aimed at developing the potential of students. to become a human being who believes and is devoted to God Almighty, has noble character, is healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and becomes a democratic and responsible citizen.
