Keluarga Berencana dalam Perspektif Wahdah Islamiyah Gorontalo

Abstract

Through a qualitative approach, this study examines the background of the Piloliyanga village community in utilizing family planning (KB) and the views of Wahdah Islamiyah Gorontalo towards the existence of family planning (KB) in Piloliyanga Village. The study shows that the background of the Piloliyanga Village community in utilizing family planning (KB) is because they face limited resources, both financially and materially. The views of Wahdah Islamiyah Gorontalo towards the existence of family planning (KB) in Piloliyanga Village, in general Wahdah Islamiyah rejects permanent family planning, because it violates the rights of couples to have children in the future. However, based on the results of the study, it was also found that Wahdah Islamiyah does not reject family planning absolutely.
