Abstract

This paper aims to illustrate the role of BP4 in the development of brides-to-be in District Kota Timur Gorontalo, as well as analyze supporting and inhibiting indicators of bride-to-be development in District Kota Timur Gorontalo. This research uses a sociological-cultural approach, the main concept in the sociological-cultural approach is meaning, meaning is an important content that arises from the experience of human consciousness, so this approach seeks to identify the essential qualities of the ruler when carrying out the task of fostering the bride-to-be, the factors that influence it and the background of each Muslim family, to be further analyzed using descriptive-empirical theory. The results revealed that the implementation of bride-to-be coaching by BP4 in Kota Timur Gorontalo District looked stagnant, Because the implementation is only with coaching for brides before marriage, so this has not run effectively. Inhibiting factors Inhibiting factors are the internal constraints of the Penguhulu human resources that are limited so that they have not been able to meet the number of people served, and external factors are limited in authority because Office of Religious Affairs does not have residents and infrastructure facilities still do not exist
