Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Author is not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, because the withdrawal is waste of valuable resources that editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscript, money and works invested by the publisher.

If the author still wishes to cancel the publication before the review process begins, a cancellation request must be submitted through a discussion note in the OJS system and followed up by contacting the editorial team via the available contact options, either by email or WhatsApp. However, if the author insists on withdrawing the manuscript after the review process has been completed, the author's institution will be blacklisted from publishing in this journal in the future.
