AI Regulations for Manuscript Publication

Dear Authors,

In response to the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research and writing, we are implementing the following policy and regulations to ensure the quality and integrity of publications in our journal.

This policy will take effect starting Volume 05, Number 01, 2025.

1. AI Screening and Detection

  • All submitted manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin software to detect AI-generated content.
  • If the AI detection rate exceeds 20%, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for revision or may be rejected outright, depending on its novelty, contribution, and overall quality.

2. Prohibition of AI-Generated Content

  • The use of AI to generate any part of the manuscript-whether in the text, results, analysis, or images-is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts found to violate this rule will be rejected.

3. Permitted Use of AI Tools

  • Authors may use AI tools for limited tasks such as grammar checks, language improvement, or copy editing. However, such use must not compromise the originality and intellectual contribution of the authors.

4. Disclosure Requirement

  • Any use of AI tools must be transparently disclosed in the Acknowledgments section of the manuscript, specifying how and where these tools were utilized.

5. Accountability and Ethical Considerations

  • Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and ethical integrity of their work. Manuscripts that include unverified or unethical AI-generated content will not be considered for publication.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to maintain high standards of research quality and uphold the principles of academic integrity.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sincerely,
Editorial Team
