Article Processing Charges

The Article Processing Charge (APC) will be waived for selected outstanding manuscripts that demonstrate high academic quality, originality, and strong relevance to the journal’s scope. Eligibility for the APC waiver is subject to full compliance with the journal’s author guidelines, peer-review standards, revision requirements, and the scheduled publication timeline determined by the editorial board.
