Authors who publish with El-Mizzi: Jurnal Ilmu Hadis retain the copyright of their published work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published article is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows others to copy, distribute, display, perform, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the work, provided that the original author(s), article title, journal name, and original publication source are properly cited.
Under this license, any derivative works, adaptations, translations, or modified versions based on articles published in El-Mizzi: Jurnal Ilmu Hadis must be distributed under the same license. This ensures that scholarly works remain open, reusable, and accessible under equivalent open access conditions.
1. Author Copyright
Authors retain full copyright over their articles. The journal does not take ownership of the author’s copyright. 4. Author Distribution Rights
