Keteladanan Guru Dalam Membentuk Kedisiplinan Peserta Didik

Discipline is a form of individual obedience in following the rules or regulations that apply on the basis of their awareness. This research was conducted with the aim to describe the level of discipline of students and to find out the exemplary forms of teachers in shaping the discipline of students at SDN 11 Limboto. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were class III homeroom teachers, students, and the principal. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. Furthermore, to check the validity of the research data, the source triangulation technique was used. The results showed that the level of discipline of students in class III at SDN 11 Limboto was in the moderately disciplined category. As for the teacher's exemplary behavior in forming student discipline through actions, words and behavior, the more students see the teacher's actions, words and behavior the more student discipline is formed.
