Before publishing, it is required to obtain written confirmation from authors in order to acquire copyrights for papers published in Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal. I/We certify that the manuscript has not been published or is being under review for another publication and does not contain materials that violate copy right of any person; The undersigned I/We certify that the manuscript does not contain plagiarism as a whole or in parts; The undersigned hereby I/We hereby agree to transfer the copyright of this publication to the LP2M IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo as the publisher of Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal; The undersigned hereby I/We still has a right to use all or part of this publication for future works such as in books or lectures. This agreement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author (s) where applicable.
