Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal, a journal of constitutional law publish twice a year by Sultan Amai State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Gorontalo since 2023, is concern with publishing original (library or field) research articles of constitutional law. All submitted papers are subject to double-blind review process.  

Focus and Scope

Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal aims to promote scientific publication on constitutional law and islamic constitutional law. This journal encompasses original research articles based on library and/or empirical research of constitutional law and has five main topics: (1) Constitutional Law (2) Islamic Constitutional Law (3) Legal Drafting (4) Legal Politic (5) Constitutional Law Figures. It encourages articles that employ a multi-disciplinary approach to those topics. Scholars from any countries and region that are concern with constitutional law and its manifestation throughout constitutional law can submit their article to Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal and use this open access journal.

Peer Review Process

All articles submitted to this online journal are subject to peer-review processes. Sultan Amai Staatsrecht Journal uses a double blind reviewer. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process. The final decision whether or not an article is accepted is on the right of the editor-in-chief based on recommendations from the reviewers. The languages of this journal are Bahasa and English.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
