Author Guidelines

General Information

  1. Manuscripts accepted for publication in Equivalence: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika must be original works that have not been previously published and are not currently under review by other journals.

  2. Each author is permitted to publish only one manuscript in the same volume. An exception applies when the author serves as the first author in one manuscript and as a co-author in another.

  3. Contributors to Equivalence: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika may come from both the academic community of IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo and external institutions.

Manuscript Preparation

  1. Manuscripts should be between 8 and 12 pages in length, prepared on A4-sized paper, using Book Antiqua, 11-point font, with 1.15 line spacing, and formatted using BodyNotes. Manuscripts must be written in clear and proper Indonesian or English.

  2. The manuscript should be organized in the following order:
    Title; Author’s name (without academic titles); Author’s institutional affiliation; Abstract (written in a single paragraph, containing at minimum the research objectives, methods, and results, not exceeding 250 words, single-spaced, and provided in Indonesian and English); Introduction (including research problems and theoretical framework); Research Methods; Results and Discussion; Conclusion; and References.

  3. The editorial team reserves the right to make editorial revisions to the manuscript without altering its substantive content.

  4. Manuscripts must be submitted to the editorial board in soft copy format (MS Word).

  5. All submissions must be made through the journal’s online submission system (OJS).
