MANAJEMEN BIMBINGAN JAMA’AH HAJI PADA KBIH MULTAZAM DI KECAMATAN TELAGA KABUPATEN GORONTALO

Abstrak

This research is related to the guidance of pilgrims at KBIH Multazam which aims to determine the management of guidance for pilgrims at KBIH Multazam, Gorontalo Regency and to determine the implementation of guidance given by KBIH Multazam to pilgrims. This type of research used is a type of qualitative research, which is carried out by collecting data. In data collection, the researcher collects data from informants who have been determined according to the approach and type of research, with primary data sources and secondary data, then data reduction, data presentation, and data levers to draw conclusions. The results showed that the application of the guidance management of the pilgrims at KBIH Multazam, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency was quite good, judging from the management functions that had been achieved well from planning to evaluation. Human resources continue to increase. The process of implementing the guidance at KBIH was carried out well starting from the initial guidance then prayer exercises to the practices of the pilgrimage. The supporting factors, where the community is leveled in the guidance process until leaving, are the advantages of KBIH itself.
