Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the use of Learning Videos can improve the learning outcomes of PAI grade VI students of UPT SP SDN 154 Mangkulande, Kasintuwu Village, Mangkutana District, East Luwu Regency. The subjects of this study are grade VI students for the 2022 – 2023 academic year with a total of 10 students. While the object of this research is the results of learning and the application of learning models. The place for this class action research is class VI UPT SP SDN 154 Mangkulande, Mangkutana District, East Luwu District. The subjects studied are Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons. The successful application of the Use of Learning Videos in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects is marked by an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. At the time before the action, student learning outcomes only reached 50% in the low category. In cycle I, student learning outcomes have reached 60% and in cycle II, student learning outcomes are quite satisfactory with a percentage of 90%. This situation shows that learning in the subject of Islamic Religious Education with the Use of Videos can be said to be successful, with classical completeness reaching 90%.
