Abstract
This study aims to describe in a descriptive qualitative manner the implementation of the Jamkesda Program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Jamkesda Program at the Atinggola Health Center, North Gorontalo Regency. The research location was carried out at the North Gorontalo District Health Office. In this case, it is within the Atinggola Health Center that organizes the Jamkesda Program. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a public health insurance program will not be possible and successful without serious cooperation and efforts from various parties, including: the central government, regional governments, community social institutions, health service units, the availability of adequate medicines and medical equipment, the professionalism of management staff (accountants, doctors, paramedics and legal experts), and of course the people themselves. The Ministry of Health, in this case the central government, as the supervisor and supervisor of the implementation of the public health insurance program, is required to act as a regulator, facilitator, and at the same time an agency that provides protection to the public, especially in the public health sector. Implementation of the Jamkesda Program at the Atinggola Health Center can be realized. well, even though the results and objectives achieved were not all successful according to the target, this was due to being influenced by several factors, for example the conditions and capabilities of the implementing staff, communication, attitudes towards programs and infrastructure facilities that needed more serious attention in handling them so that In the future, all program objectives can be realized and achieved in accordance with the targets set.
