This study aims to describe in a descriptive qualitative manner the implementation of the
Jamkesda Program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation
of the Jamkesda Program at the Atinggola Health Center, North Gorontalo Regency. The
research location was carried out at the North Gorontalo District Health Office. In this case,
it is within the Atinggola Health Center that organizes the Jamkesda Program. The results
of this study indicate that the implementation of a public health insurance program will not
be possible and successful without serious cooperation and efforts from various parties,
including: the central government, regional governments, community social institutions,
health service units, the availability of adequate medicines and medical equipment, the
professionalism of management staff (accountants, doctors, paramedics and legal experts),
and of course the people themselves. The Ministry of Health, in this case the central
government, as the supervisor and supervisor of the implementation of the public health
insurance program, is required to act as a regulator, facilitator, and at the same time an
agency that provides protection to the public, especially in the public health sector.

the target, this was due to being influenced by several factors, for example the conditions
and capabilities of the implementing staff, communication, attitudes towards programs and
infrastructure facilities that needed more serious attention in handling them so that In the
future, all program objectives can be realized and achieved in accordance with the targets
set.
