Abstract

Abstract : As the second source of law in Islam, namely the hadith as reinforcement and making new laws whose provisions are not in the Qur'an and hadith are an important thing that every Muslim must know and understand. So that gave birth to a lot of research that examines hadiths to determine the quality of these hadiths. Justice is the desire of every individual and is one of the main purposes of the Shari'ah is the realization of justice in the legal path of mankind. In order to achieve the desire to create justice, with the existence of judges as enforcers of the law, they must act fairly, as stated in the statement in the hadith. One of the hadiths that will be examined is the hadith about threats to unjust judges.
