APLIKASI FUNGSI MANAJEMEN PADA MAJELIS TAKLIM DI MASJID JAMI KAJEN PEKALONGAN

Abstract

Pekalongan is a city known as the city of students. This is motivated by the number of Islamic boarding schools in the city and district of Pekalongan. Based on the background of the city of Pekalongan, it is not surprising that in Pekalongan there are many taklim assemblies, from those with few members to hundreds of members. The existence of the taklim assembly is also a form of community effort in overcoming the many conflicts related to the many morals that deviate from religious paths such as rampant gambling, promiscuity and drug abuse. The taklim assembly is a forum for the community in an effort to transform people's attitudes and behavior towards moral piety both in terms of itself and socially. This research focuses on how the management functions are applied at the Majlis Taklim Masjid Jami' Pekalongan. The method used in this study is descriptive observation where the results of this study are that there are many applications of management functions in the taklim jami kajen assembly, starting from planning in the form of forming an assembly board forum to analyze what things are needed in an event, organizing the in the form of organizing activities according to the hierarchical path in the assembly, implementation in the form of carrying out the tasks that have been given to achieve the goals or vision and mission of the taklim assembly, and supervision, namely in the form of an analysis or final assessment of a da'wah activity that has been carried out.
