Managing human resources in the era of globalization is not an easy thing. Therefore, various kinds of superstructure and infrastructure need to be prepared to support the process of realizing quality human resources. Companies or missionary institutions that want to continue to exist and have a positive image in the eyes of the public will not ignore aspects of developing the quality of their human resources. Likewise, da'wah institutions must update the development and improve the quality of human resources for da'wah implementers (da'i) within them. So, to achieve the goals of missionary institutions, it is important to pay attention to developing the quality of human resources. Good human resources are those who have high integrity and loyalty and always innovate in every program and activity of a productive missionary institution. From this research it can be concluded that there are several HR developments that can be carried out to produce HR that are innovative and have high integrity, including training and development for HR to improve skills and abilities so that it will produce maximum performance for missionary institutions or companies. Good HR leadership and always providing motivation to HR. Leaders play an important role in this matter to create quality members. Creating a good culture in da'wah institutions. There are bound to be differences in culture, understanding, language and so on, but by creating a good organizational culture by always establishing intensive communication outside of formal settings. Providing HR motivation and welfare is the most effective way because providing good and appropriate rewards will create maximum HR performance.
