KEKERASAN, STIGMA DAN BANGKITNYA KOLEKTIVISME IDENTITAS (STUDI TENTANG LASKAR PEMUDA PATTINGALLOANG MAKASSAR)

Abstract

Laskar Pemuda Pattingalloang Makassar is an institution formed by a group of youths to eliminate the stigma that has developed in society regarding the high crime rate and social vulnerability in the Pattingalloang Village. The theory used is social movement theory to analyze the emergence of collective identity, and the role of the Pattingalloang Youth Troops to fight stigma. The results of the study concluded that the Pattingalloang Youth Troops mobilized support from various parties with a religious approach, and programs that were able to generate sympathy and unite the various warring parties.
