Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is the implementation of the implementing group at SPKP in UPK of Paguyaman Sub-district and how the mudharabah financing perspective is viewed on the management of the Implementing Group at SPKP in UPK of Paguyaman District. This study aims to learn how to manage groups that implement SPKP in UPK Paguyaman District and to find out whether the facilities provided by the implementing groups are in accordance with the mudharabah / Islamic Sharia financing agreement. This research was conducted using qualitative methods supplemented with phenomena about what the research participants had obtained by describing them in the form of words and languages using various scientific methods. After the data is analyzed, the results are presented descriptively. Data collection methods in this study the authors use observation, interviews, and documentation in obtaining data in accordance with the problem to be studied. The results showed that the group of managers carrying out savings and loans groups of women in the management unit of Paguyaman sub-district had used a profit sharing pattern system and was in accordance with the use of mudharabah financing. This is evident in the purchase agreement that has not been made after the due date, will not be charged so it will not be approved.
