Abstract

In this study, the author suspects that the Leadership Style at New Rahmat Hotel Gorontalo does not have a significant relationship with Employee Performance, therefore the author tests the hypothesis using the Pearson Product Moment analysis tool. In the feasibility test, the Leadership Style instrument obtained a correlation efficiency between 0.373 – 0.718, the Employee Performance instrument obtained a correlation efficiency between 0.366 – 0.697, and the efficiency of more than 0.3 indicates validity. The results of the correlation test showed that the Leadership Style applied by the boss with the performance of the employees in the previous descriptive description showed a moderate level. The evaluation of the significance of the relationship between the two has been evaluated with the sachatistic tool of the correlation test of the moment product, obtaining a correlation coefficient result of 0.256 with a probability of 0.726. The acquisition of a correlation with p > 0.05 indicates that it is not significant, meaning that there is no relationship between the applied Leadership Style and Performance.
