This study aims to find out how to reward employees to increase work motivation in an Islamic perspective. The type of research used is a literature study which is carried out based on theoretical studies from the search for research journals, books, and other papers. Expectations for professionalism and good performance from an employee cannot be separated from how an agency is able to manage and reward their employees. Because the quality of human resources is an illustration of the treatment given by the agency to its employees, either directly or indirectly, has an influence on better actions.
