By submitting an article or manuscript to the Journal of Islamic Education Management Research, authors agree to the following policy. No special documents are required.
1. License
The author retains copyright and grants the journal first publication rights with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows others to share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and adapt, remix, transform and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially with acknowledgment of authorship of the work and initial publication in this journal.

2. Author's Guarantee
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the named author, has not been previously published, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright vested exclusively in the author and is free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permission to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.

3. User Rights
The Journal of Movement and Education disseminates published articles as freely as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Jurnal Movement and Education allows users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. Users also need to attribute the author and Jurnal Movement and Education in distributing the work in the journal and other publication media.

4. Author Rights
Authors retain all their rights to the published work, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;
Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
The right to use the substance of the article in one's own future works, including lectures and books,
The right to reproduce the article for own purposes,
The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

5. Joint Authorship
If the article is jointly prepared by more than one author, each author submitting a manuscript warrants that he or she has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his or her co-authors of the terms of this policy. Movement and Education Journal is not responsible for anything that may arise due to internal author disputes. Movement and Education Journal will only communicate with the corresponding author.

6. Royalties
Being an open access journal and disseminating articles for free under the terms of the mentioned Creative Commons license, authors are aware that the Movement and Education Journal grants authors the right not to get royalties or other fees.
