PERAN MAHASISWA KKS-T DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN ANAK DAN MASYARAKAT DESA ILODULUNGA MELALUI PROGRAM EDUKASI TERPADU

Abstract

Abstract: The Thematic Student Community Service Program (KKS-T) represents a form of university student engagement in rural community empowerment. Ilodulunga Village faces challenges in children’s character education, environmental awareness, public health, and child protection from sexual violence and early marriage. This community service aimed to improve knowledge, religious character, social awareness, and community participation through an integrated education program. The method employed a participatory approach consisting of socialization, learning activities, mentoring, and direct practice. Main programs included Mopomulo Bersama (tree planting), SKS School (character education), and education on sexual violence and early marriage, while supporting programs included Qur’an learning, mosque cleanliness movement, religious school, healthy Sunday activities, and children’s religious art festival. Results indicated increased environmental awareness, child protection knowledge, religious character, and community participation. The KKS-T program proved effective as a community empowerment model based on integrated education.
