The centrality of women in society has alluded to several structural dignity issues, including limited participation such as education, active and passive access in society, and patriarchal culture. In addition, the urgency of administrative services is an important issue because it is directly related to accelerating the improvement of community quality. The need for the program is not only to promote cultural and religious awareness, but also aims to improve the physical condition of the village by optimizing the use of existing space. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves the community in every stage of the activity to ensure a solution that suits their needs. The results of this activity show that through the active involvement of the community, especially women and youth, Bulangita village can improve the quality of education, reduce early marriage rates, and improve family economic resilience. This article illustrates the importance of collaboration between culture, religion and spatial planning in creating positive change for developing rural communities.
